I've built ecommerce divisions, teams, and systems from the ground up across multiple companies, taking operations from zero to seven and eight figures. Every time, different industry, different platform mix, different problems. Same result.
I've scaled operations across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and dozens of other platforms and systems over the years. Managed catalogs from a few hundred SKUs to over 500,000, and led teams across catalog, warehouse, customer service, and marketing.
I've worked across every seller model and business type: 1P vendors, 3P sellers, brand owners, authorized resellers, DTC, B2B wholesale, and arbitrage. I've done the ERP implementations, the private-label launches, the wholesale-to-DTC transitions. I've built the websites, written the code, done the creative, and run the marketplace expansions. The problems look different at every level, and I've been inside all of them.
I also own and operate my own ecommerce brands. I don't just consult on this. I do it. There's a difference.
