Refund Policy

Rooted Growth Commerce sells professional consulting services, not physical merchandise. Because of that, refunds work differently than a typical online store. 

Before work begins. You may cancel any engagement for a full refund at any time before work has started.

Once work has started. Once audit work, analysis, or consulting has begun, fees are non-refundable. Digital deliverables (reports, written recommendations, action plans) are non-refundable once delivered.

Our timeline guarantee. If we miss the delivery timeline stated in your engagement and we haven't mutually agreed to an extension, you're entitled to a full refund.

Our right to decline. We're selective about the engagements we take, and we reserve the right to decline or discontinue any engagement at our discretion. That includes businesses that appear to operate outside applicable law or marketplace policies, engagements that would create a conflict of interest with an existing client, and situations where the information provided to us misrepresents who you are, your business, or the purpose of the engagement. If we decline or end an engagement, you receive a full refund of all fees for work not yet performed.

If something's wrong. If a deliverable wasn't completed as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Factual errors in a deliverable are corrected at no cost.

This policy works together with our Terms of Service; the terms of a signed statement of work take precedence for that engagement.
