Questions You're Probably Asking
If your question isn't here, we'd rather answer it directly.
Working With Us
What makes you different from a regular Amazon agency?
We're not an agency. We're operators. You work with senior leadership directly, not a junior account manager reading from a playbook. We focus on the catalog, data, and operational side that most agencies skip because it's not as flashy as running ads. And we work across every major marketplace, not just Amazon.
I've been burned by a consultant before. Why should I trust this?
Start with the audit. It's a low-risk way to see exactly how we think, how we work, and whether the recommendations actually make sense for your business. You'll know within the first deliverable whether this is different from what you've experienced before.
Do I need to commit to a retainer?
No. Every engagement starts with an audit. That's a one-time deliverable with no ongoing commitment. If the audit reveals opportunities and you want ongoing help, we can talk about a retainer, but you're never locked in. Stay because it's working, not because of a contract.
How long does an audit take?
Most audits are delivered within 7–14 business days depending on the scope. You'll get a branded PDF report with scored sections, prioritized recommendations, and a 90-day action plan. The strategy call is scheduled once the report is ready.
Do you offer any guarantees?
We guarantee the quality and thoroughness of the deliverable. Every audit comes with a strategy call where we review findings together, and we include follow-up email support (30 days for standard audits, 60 days for multi-channel). If the audit doesn't surface anything actionable, we'll have that honest conversation.
Services & Scope
What channels and marketplaces do you work with?
Amazon (Seller Central and Vendor Central), eBay, Walmart, Shopify, Faire, and B2B wholesale platforms including MarketTime and FashionGo. We also work with DTC sites, Google Shopping, and social commerce channels. Most of our clients are on 2-3 of these. The multi-channel audit covers all of them.
Do you handle PPC / advertising?
We audit PPC accounts and identify structural problems: wasted spend, poor targeting, campaign organization issues. For ongoing ad management, we either handle it within a retainer engagement or partner with a PPC specialist depending on the scope. What we won't do is run ads against unoptimized listings. That's just burning money faster.
Do you do creative work - photography, graphic design, A+ content design?
We write the briefs, and sometimes handle production too. You'll get detailed image direction, A+ content structure, and copy. Everything a designer or photographer needs to execute. Depending on the project, we either handle the creative directly or bring in partners we trust.
Can you help with account suspensions or appeals?
Yes. Account reinstatement and appeal writing is a service we offer. If your Amazon, eBay, or Walmart account has been suspended, reach out directly and we'll assess the situation. Pricing depends on the complexity of the case.
Can you help us build an ecommerce department from scratch?
Yes. We've done it multiple times across different industries. Hiring, systems, catalog setup, channel launches, SOPs. If you're a company that sells product but doesn't have an ecommerce function yet, we've built that from the ground up.
Do you work with brands beyond audits and retainers?
Yes. For the right fit, we're open to fractional leadership roles, advisory positions, equity partnerships, and deeper operational buildouts. We also own and operate our own brands, so we understand what it means to have skin in the game. If you're looking for something beyond a standard consulting engagement, that's a conversation we're always open to.
Pricing & Packages
How is pricing structured?
Audits are one-time fixed pricing: $497 (Quick Strike), $1,497 (Channel Audit), or $3,997 (Multi-Channel). Retainers start at $5,000/month and are scoped to your business. Listing Upgrade Packs are $1,249 for 5 listings or $1,997 for 10. No hidden fees, no surprise invoices. Everything is scoped before we start.
Can I just hire you for one project?
Absolutely. The audit is designed as a standalone deliverable. The Listing Upgrade Pack is project-based. Catalog cleanup is project-based. You don't need an ongoing relationship, though most clients find that the audit leads naturally to additional work because it surfaces opportunities they didn't know about.
What if my project doesn't fit your standard packages?
Most do, but not all. If your situation needs a custom scope, we'll build one after a discovery call. We've scoped everything from single-platform catalog migrations to full operational buildouts across multiple channels. The audit is usually the starting point either way, because it tells us both what we're actually working with.
How does fractional leadership work?
You get a senior operator embedded in your business on an ongoing basis, typically 10-20 hours per week. We handle marketplace strategy, team oversight, vendor relationships, and operational decisions as if we were on your payroll. It's not consulting. It's doing the job. Scoped and priced after a discovery conversation.
Who We Work With
What if I only sell on one channel?
That's perfectly fine. The Quick Strike Audit at $497 is built for exactly that. Single channel, focused assessment, actionable recommendations. If you're thinking about expanding to other channels down the road, we can cover that in the audit too.
Do you work with resellers or just brand owners?
Both. The work is different. Brand owners have more control over listings and content, while resellers face catalog constraints. We're upfront about what can and can't be optimized in your specific situation. The audit will make that clear.
What industries do you have experience in?
Consumer electronics, fashion, home décor, sporting goods and cycling, automotive, building products, HVAC and plumbing supplies, irrigation, office supplies and equipment, gifts and antiques, museum retail and fine art prints, and wholesale distribution. We've worked as 1P vendors, 3P sellers, brand owners, authorized resellers, DTC operators, B2B wholesale, and arbitrage. If it sells through a marketplace or wholesale channel, we've probably worked in the space. The core skills transfer across categories: catalog management, marketplace optimization, and operational systems.
