Shipping Policy

Rooted Growth Commerce sells professional consulting services. Nothing we sell ships physically, and no shipping charges apply to any order.

How delivery works. All deliverables are digital: audit reports, written recommendations, action plans, and scheduled video or phone consultations. Deliverables are sent to the email address provided at checkout, and strategy calls are scheduled with you directly after purchase.

Delivery timelines. Estimated timelines are listed on each product page and depend on scope and catalog size. We confirm your specific timeline after purchase, and timelines are measured from the date we receive the account access needed to begin. Our Refund Policy includes a timeline guarantee.
